Visual realism relies on light interaction. The life size sex doll utilizes a multi-layer coating process: the surface transmittance is 32% to simulate dermis, while the subcutaneous diffuse reflective layer creates a hazy texture. To address the bony features of the flat chested sex doll, a prismatic microstructure coating was developed. This clearly reflects the ribs in bright light, while creating a smooth illusion in dim light. More crucially, sweat simulation is employed: at a body temperature of 37°C, the light-cured resin releases dewdrop-like hydrophilic molecules, creating realistic reflections in the clavicle.
